Our Offices are closed over the weekend. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed the Next Working Day.
Orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks – if we cannot reach you using the contact details provided, it will delay the despatch of your order.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is where you will be at the delivery time (home or work). If someone is absent at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card, and you can reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
Parcels with a business address chosen will be delivered to the designated delivery place at the selected business address, not directly to the recipient.
Please call to check on an order’s status or verify delivery. Transactions are processed in pounds sterling.
Orders Outside the UK
We are partnered with DHL, allowing us to ship to destinations worldwide.

Unfortunately, due to newly imposed duties and taxes on higher-value items, there is a spending limit for shipments to Turkey of 150€. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes
