Refund policy
We’re sure you’ll love your Monisha London item, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% correct, send it back, and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange. Just ensure the product is saleable, in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice) and return the unopened item to us. Your allotted time is 14 days.
Once the goods are returned to our Returns Centre, we will process the refund within 1-5 working days, and the item’s value will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be processed to a different debit or credit card.
Exclusions to our policy
Our returns policy excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, such as personalised items.
Special Orders
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not usually stocked by Monisha London but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Food Items
Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a specific issue with the item, such as it being out of date, visibly damaged, or having an immediate defect that impacts your enjoyment. We cannot accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or the product not meeting personal expectations.
All products are stored in perfect condition in our dispatch warehouse. Once dispatched, we have no control over how they are handled. Therefore, any returned food items must be destroyed for safety reasons.
Ring Sizes
There are certain types of rings that we are unable to re-size. Depending on the metal and style of the ring, for example, whether it has a design or stones set around the band, it may not be possible for us to adjust it. Please ensure your ring is unworn if you require a different size, as we may need to exchange it.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, we cannot take back earrings.
Seasonal Returns
It will be beneficial for seasonal items to be returned within the saleable time frame at your expense; however, if items are returned outside the time frame, we cannot issue refunds.
We cannot refund the cost of returning the item to our Returns Centre.
Faulty, Damaged, Mis-Picked and Missing Goods
If any product is faulty, damaged, or missing from your order, or you have received the wrong item(s), please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@monishalondon.com (excluding Public Bank Holidays).
Proof of Breakages
Monisha London reserves the right to ask customers to provide photographic evidence of broken or damaged goods at our discretion.
