Although our international shipping charges are very competitive it’s calculation is derived from the geographical constraints of countries delivered to around the world which fall into that zone rate. Once you come to the check out page you can assertain the exact zone rate that your country falls under and the applicable charges for shipping, however if yours is not there for what ever reason, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be happy to guide you accordingly. Non UK Mainland and overseas delivery prices are dependent on your location AND ZONE RATE stated by UPS
Please note the following applies to all the items over 2kgs. A Surcharge of £18 Applies to the following post codes.
The following postcodes are subjects to an additional charge; apply £18.00 for all items over 2kg for all items to be sent by a courier; HS, IV41 to 49, IV51, 55, &56, KA27 & 28, KW15 to 17,PA20, PA41 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH42 to 44, ZE, Isle of Man & Channel Islands.
After receiving your order, MONISHA LONDON will process your order. The items that are in stock will be delivered directly.
Should the unexpected occur that, despite the words “in stock”, the product was not available (this might occur in the exceptional case of two simultaneous, equal orders), we will contact you immediately. You will be informed about the expected delivery, or maybe you have seen an alternative product.
If an item is not deliverable right away, than You will be informed by email about the expected delivery time.
Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. The shipment will be handled by UPS and will be sent by registered mail. Please track your order with Track and Trace-number that you automatically receive by email from us.
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are usually despatched on the same day, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after 2pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.
On occasions, and often due to circumstances outside of our control your product may be delayed. If this occurs then you can use the order status facility to find out where your product is.
Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.
Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Father's Day, etc there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is only available for UK delivery addresses.
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched on the next working, for Friday this will usually be Monday, providing neither Friday or Monday are Bank Holidays.
Order placed during the weekend will be processed on the next working day (usually Monday), and delivered the following working day (in most cases Tuesday).
Next Day Delivery Items must be signed for.
You may still be charged the Next Day Delivery rate if you select Next Day Delivery, even if your product is not available for Next Day Delivery.
Customs & Sales Tax
The order will be dispatched from LONDON. The International shipping rate does not include customs duties. If your country applies customs duties including Goods and Services Tax, "GST" and Value-added Tax, “VAT" to your order you will be responsible for paying these on receiving your purchase. Additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, our shipping partner, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges due. In some circumstances our shipping partner is required to pay certain duties and taxes, in advance on customer's behalf. They may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release. In these instances, they will assess an Advancement Fee that will be invoiced to the recipient. To get an estimated duty and tax rates you may contact your local customs office. Orders must be received and payments cleared by 2pm
Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

Shipping as a Gift & Packaging
All MONISHA LONDON jewellery and gifts is shipped in our exclusive branded boxes and can be sent to either to you or a loved one by making a different shipping address when you check out.
All items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Provided that the item is unused, unworn and undamaged (trying is allowed). To return or exchange an item, you need to get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
First; you specify whether you want to exchange the item or that the item does not meet your requirements. Within 30 days we will return the purchase money (if required by you) to your account minus the original shipping costs. You are responsible for your own return package, make sure that you send it by registered mail, so it's trace-able.
For each return we retain a £15.00 handling and restocking fee, and refund you the difference.
